Responsibilities:

We are looking for a driven and commercially strong Sales Manager to lead business expansion in Thailand. This role is ideal for a sales professional with solid SMT industry experience who is eager to take ownership of a growing market and drive both strategic and hands-on sales activities.

You will play a key role in expanding our customer base, reducing reliance on key accounts, and capturing new opportunities in Thailand’s electronics manufacturing sector.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow revenue and market share in Thailand

  • Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the SMT and electronics manufacturing industry

  • Manage and expand existing key accounts while building a strong pipeline of new customers

  • Engage with customers to understand technical requirements and propose customized solutions

  • Prepare and deliver commercial proposals including pricing, delivery timelines, and product specifications

  • Collaborate closely with channel partners and internal technical teams to ensure successful project execution

  • Monitor sales pipeline, forecast revenue, and report performance to SEA Sales Team Lead

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and long-term partnership

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Communication) or a related field

  • Minimum 3–5 years of B2B technical sales experience, preferably in SMT, electronics manufacturing, or industrial automation industries

  • Strong knowledge or hands-on experience in SMT processes and inspection equipment (SPI, AOI, AXI) is highly preferred

  • Proven track record in hunting new business and expanding customer base within Thailand market

  • Experience in managing key accounts while driving new customer acquisition

  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills (Thai and English preferred)

  • Ability to work independently with a high level of ownership and accountability

  • Results-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

  • Willingness to travel frequently across Thailand
