Responsibilities:
We are looking for a driven and commercially strong Sales Manager to lead business expansion in Thailand. This role is ideal for a sales professional with solid SMT industry experience who is eager to take ownership of a growing market and drive both strategic and hands-on sales activities.
You will play a key role in expanding our customer base, reducing reliance on key accounts, and capturing new opportunities in Thailand’s electronics manufacturing sector.
Develop and execute sales strategies to grow revenue and market share in Thailand
Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the SMT and electronics manufacturing industry
Manage and expand existing key accounts while building a strong pipeline of new customers
Engage with customers to understand technical requirements and propose customized solutions
Prepare and deliver commercial proposals including pricing, delivery timelines, and product specifications
Collaborate closely with channel partners and internal technical teams to ensure successful project execution
Monitor sales pipeline, forecast revenue, and report performance to SEA Sales Team Lead
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and long-term partnership
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Communication) or a related field
Minimum 3–5 years of B2B technical sales experience, preferably in SMT, electronics manufacturing, or industrial automation industries
Strong knowledge or hands-on experience in SMT processes and inspection equipment (SPI, AOI, AXI) is highly preferred
Proven track record in hunting new business and expanding customer base within Thailand market
Experience in managing key accounts while driving new customer acquisition
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills (Thai and English preferred)
Ability to work independently with a high level of ownership and accountability
Results-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to travel frequently across Thailand
